Item finally arrived as described but very late! Seller really needs to consider shipping by UPS or FedEx other than using United States postal service which is slower than a snail I purchased my item on February 21st did not arrive until March 7th I deal with eBay all the time buying stuff and this is definitely one of the longest I had to wait for an item. Seller had good communication skills but I requested a refund twice but refund would not be provided to me

I did my job and did it well. USPS did not do such a great job. Buyer was upset and wanted a refund while there was movement on the tracking number... not practical. If there no movement on the tracking I would have issued a refund after USPS completed there missing item search. Closest ups/fed ex to me is about 80 miles away so my options are limited.
