Silent night, deadly night
It is a good movie, A boy witnesses the murder of his parents coming home from visiting his grandfarther on christmas eve, And his grandfather put a scare in him by telling him to watch out for santa, and asking him has he been naughty or nice. A man dressed as Santa, broke down on the side of the road, as they are headed home, so the young boy doesen't want his parents to stop to help him, But they do, next thing you know the man kills his parents. The little boy gets out of the car hides in the woods, next thing you know he ends up in a convent forster home. No one relizes why he gets spooked around christmas. So when he gets old enough to get a job, one of the nuns gets him a job in a toy store, every thing is fine untill, the toy store manager needs to find someone to play santa ... Very hard to find movie, but worth it if you do.
The most protested, and banned movie of its time is on DVD. They banned this movie along time ago, back in the 80s, for its depiction of a serial killing Santa Clause. I did get a chance to see it before they took it out of theaters (it was out for one week). It is really not that scary, however, it is unique in its own way. It wasnt really the typical Jason or Halloween movies other than the grotesque killings. It was just a real different concept which made it really good. I think that if you liked Jason, Freddy Krueger, Halloween, etc. you will definitely like this movie. Nothing more sick than an ax wielding Santa Clause. Ho! Ho!
