    The book was not what I expected, I see her show in TV and I love all her receipts, her high spirit and knowledge and new creations of real Mexican food. The book was nothing like her TV show, not good recipes for the high price the book cost. Vegetarian, salads, not a many main courses. Won’t recommend it to anyone.

    Pati's Mexican food is great and taste delicious but they make a mistake on this book, for people who look for recipes they need pictures to look what they cooking. On this book maybe 3 or 4 pics for the whole book. Very disappointed. Not recommended for beginner.

    Book is very well written and pictures are wonderful. I am familiar with Pati's Mexican Table series on PBS so having found this book it is a whole lot easier to use her recipes with explanations and pictures than to write them down each week.
