Product was described as having a minor flaw which required an easy repair. It was, in fact, a more serious flaw — as my local jeweler confirmed— requiring an expensive repair. Several attempts to resolve this with the seller were met with no willingness on her part to make it right. She stated that she has a “no returns” policy, when in fact, there is a section in her profile that allows returns. Most eBay sellers, regardless of policy, make things right on principle. This one did not.
