Supplier, thank you for being positive and for sending a new unit. The ones that we have were definitely pack incorrectly,the pins should have been put into the cavity of the foam part of the package. Has you must have seen from the photo they were packed the opposite way round, and were therefore damaged. Thank you again Kevan Fogg
