Had received a alert it was in the mail on the 14th way out for delivery. Still waiting. As seen in screen shot in picture below. 8 days later they refunded the full amount which was nice but product was on it's way the 14th did they lie about shipping it still waiting for it to arrive at final destination it was shipped as it is clearly seen on shipping alert. Understand it's holiday but still waiting refund something not right .
