What happens when a mother and daughter duo take the streets with a vengeance? What happens when a former legendary kingpin returns to those same streets, from prison, penniless and still possessing a hustler's hunger? Mark Anthony and 50 Cent provide a bird's eye view into this scenario with `Harlem Heat'. Roxy and her daughter, Chyna, created a gun trafficking ring from the ground up called Harlem Heat. The two were getting paid and had a flawless operation until Panama Pete hit the bricks from doing a 15-year prison bid. With Roxy and Pete having a history laced with loyalty, she could not disrespect him by allowing him to find his way back to the top alone. But there is a price for everything, right? I loved the flow of the novel but what stopped it from being rated a five, was that it left me scratching my head. I observed this book a couple times,just before I started reading it. The book was in very good shape. As I looked through the pages there wasn't ripped, torn or stain pages. I did enjoy reading the book. I was just surprise what happen in the end. I did get the impression Panama Pete was going to meet his maker.
