Sadly, one of the items in the package was broken when it arrived. Item was also described as being part of The Christmas Story nativity (Willow Tree), which turns out it was not. It was part of The Holy Family nativity. Had to reach out to seller twice to find out when purchase would ship. Label printed five days after purchase and another two days until USPS received it. (Seller had a sick family member, which is unfortunate, yet communication is key.)

The seller did not ship my item. I purchased it Dec 2023 and she still did not ship it by Feb 2024. I contacted her directly and had eBay customer service contact her. I finally requested a refund. Super disappointed as I really wanted the item that I could not find anywhere else for my niece.
