I ordered your “ZIVKO ROBOT KIT”. You advertised it as “NEW” and you stated the following: “With its sealed packaging, you can be assured that the item is in tip-top shape on arrival”.
When I received it, I found the SEALING TAPE was ripped open (NOT SEALED PACKAGING),
Of course, you know that I can’t prove that it was OPENED when I received it !
I sent it to him with the OPENED BOX and he said that he will let me know if all of the parts are there or if any are missing.
