Fragrance does not last long enough to help with relaxation
I have problems falling asleep. I saw reviews about this oil's aromatherapy effects in helping with sleep issues. This oil does smell amazing, however, the fragrance only lasts about 5 minutes. This is definitely not enough time for me to fall asleep. I do, though, like the quality of this oil. It does not feel sticky and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized, smooth and soft. These are all good qualities but they weren't the reason I purchased this oil. So, if these are the qualities you're looking for and don't mind that the fragrance doesn't last long enough to help relax you enough to put you to sleep then this would be a good oil for you.I have problems falling asleep.
