Der Verkäufer hat mir die Ware per Einschreiben geschickt- leider war ich nicht Zuhause (Urlaub) und auch kein Mitbewohner konnte die Ware holen (Einschreiben Personengebunden). Als ich bat um wiederholte Sendung (ich zahle) behauptete der Verkäufer ich habe es erhalten.
