The bass initially had some electronics problems when I received it. However the seller worked with me and refunded me a portion of my purchase price to cover the (very minor!) tweak that it needed to be 100% again. Very honest and prompt communications and was very willing to work with me to make things right. Can't ask for anything more than that. Physically the bass is beautiful and exactly as described, and now it sounds as good as it looks!
