Listed as new open box, but no cords were sent. Per ad, should have had 2 cords, one for home and one for car, but neither was sent with box and no mention in ad. Instead I have a giant paperweight as I can't plug it in to know if it even works, reached out twice to seller with no response!!!!!!!!! False advertising and horrible communication.
