This was a frustratingo situation for both the seller and myself. The item was checked into the post office and a tracking number assigned in a timely manner but for whatever reason did not ship from the post office for over 15 days.Seller made numerous trips to the post office trying to resolve after 15 days with no sign of the item the seller refunded the money. The next day the item showed up but was no longer useful. Seller arranged for return postage and item was returned.
