I had a great experience. AIM USA was quick and accurate. It was described as new but it did not come in a box or with a manual. However, I was able to go to Youtube for what I needed. It looks new and it seems to work great. Maybe shipping it in the box would have cost more. I don't know. I am happy that it was sent quickly and that it came in good shape. I would certainly do business again with this company.
