  • Great, inexpensive film camera

Had a Lomo Diana F+ previously which broke so decided to replace it with a Holga. The Holga is generally cheaper and sturdier than a Diana. The Holga has a harder, thicker case; the fittings are also more secure. However, it didn't make it heavy at all and its small, light size fits easily into a coat pocket. The photographs produced were no different to those created by my Diana camera so I would say that if I were to choose between the two, I would choose a Holga over a Diana.

  • great camera, highly recommended, beautiful photos, easy to use.

this is a beautiful, easy to use, great camera. although it was originally meant to be used as a toy camera, it now has a large community of fans who love to use it for it's unique qualities and for the unusual pictures it produces. I recommend it to anyone who loves photography and loves experimenting with different kinds of cameras and different kinds of film. I also advise you to buy a 35mm adaptor kit, so you can use 35mm film and not be limited to 120mm film, which is more expensive and has less frames in it (usually between 8 and 12, compared to the 35mm, which has 36 frames). nonetheless, it's a lot of fun using the 120mm film - you'll get very interesting photos and it also allows you to blow up the photos in a much higher quality.

  • much playful & creative fun. Full of surprises.

A wonderful & fun experience with this simple plastic camera! The 120 film photo images have far more personalty & show much more mood & style than the super sharp images of digital cameras these days. Plus film is a very stable material to save photos a very long time! And negatives can be scanned for image use on a computer or the internet. this model of Holga has an extra B setting for keeping the shutter open for as long as one would wish for low light & night shots. Also there is a clear flash for low light or it can be switched to three other colors for creating effects with color film. Tavius Grant.

  • Holga 120CFN

This camera offers me the freedom to do whatever I want with my film. It is very simple to do a double exposure or an extended exposure, also I can add color flash if want to spice a picture up. The only downside is having to use 120 film, it's a little hard to find and develop, but 100% worth it. All in all a great camera and buy

  • Color flash with Plastic lens

for me, i have one and i used the flash not over 10 times. this model you spend less money than the top one GCFN but i think the quality of picture is not quite different unless you close up the picture. So, i agree with this model compare to the GCFN. Just only my opinion.. thanks
