    Quick, easy and soo good!

    Something for everyone. I have done two of the recipes and was very pleased with the results. The General Tso's chicken was so easy (I used the wok), and it was as good as any I have ever had. The beef bourguignon was so good also. My son cleaned the last of the gravy from the slow cooker with bread after consuming 2/3rds+ of the meal which is for six. Did I say the two meals were really good. Better yet, both were easy, and I had most of the ingredients on hand. The special trip I made was for a bigger Chuck roast. And I have my sights on 4 more dinner meals that I am looking forward to. The meals were quite easy and very good, I may have said that before! And the book itself looks to be well assembled with quality paper and binding. I have put several hundred miles on this ...
