Thru no fault of the seller, it seemed to the buyer (me) that it was taking an inordinate amount of time for the item(s) to arrive. Instead of contacting the seller directly, as was my intention, mistakenly went thru Ebay and they opened a "case". Subsequently, without contacting me, they resolved the case in my favor,and to the detriment of the seller. This should not have happened. The seller is an asset to Ebay and an excellent party to do business with.
