Not a good value for the money.
The print quality was excellent. The issue is that I only printed 5 pages and it was already saying I was low on ink. This is ridiculous. This is a brand new unit. I usually love my epson products but this one was disappointing.

Very good value, print quality is very good and other than a couple of glitches it was easy to set up. I am still trying to figure out what the "free ink" is all about. Does it mean it came with ink cartridges or can I order additional ink at no cost?

For an all in one printer it ticks all the boxes.
It arrived promptly and was a doddle to set up. Care was needed to find and remove all the transit safety tapes. I needed only 1 pc to install the CD software and do my first prints. All my other PCs picked the printer up on the network and self installed any necessary printer software. I was pleased that the ink cartridges supplied in the box were all XL size. So many printers arrive with a 5 or 6 page print supply of ink. The print quality is exceptionally good for this price range of printer. I have tried and used all its functionality without problems of any kind. Indeed I like my machine and have no fear in recommending it as a great value home printer.It arrived promptly and was a doddle to set up. The WF 2850 is a all in one Lightweight with great features
The WF 2850 was a replacement of my WF 2630 Epson. The WF 2850 was easer to set up, had a better quality of printer, faster copy, scan and fax. Color print and receive more resolutions in clarity. Love the FAX feature with the WF 2850 although not used much, it covers all communication you may run in to. I did contact Epson tech support via phone and was taken care of in a professional manor on upgrades. The WF 2850 is a great model for small business and condominium associations .The WF 2850 was a replacement of my WF 2630 Epson.
