Items were packed horrible, no individual wrapping for these porcelain pieces. Asked seller for a refund, seller demands I send back these damaged items. I will be opening a case with eBay. I just want my money back. This is absolutely not my fault, and is egregious. If I have to, I will file with my credit card company. I will get my money back.

The buyer was offered a full refund, including return postage paid before leaving this negative feedback. No online retailer can do better than that. Both eBay and the USPS indicated I needed the item returned to file an insurance claim. The bottom line is, the buyer wants her money back without returning the item. I'm following eBay policy, she is not.
