The seller packaged the poster in a manilla envelope, put the manilla envelope inbetween two pieces of cardboard that had the flaps (the parts of cardboard you bend to put together the box) unsecured with parts of poster relying on those flaps to keep it from bending (cause that makes sense?). This thing came bent all over obviously.
