    A Book Report - of sorts

    I ordered The Great House of God by Max Lucado for a couple reasons, actually. First of all, Max is one of the most gifted writers I've encountered. His laid-back, easy-going demeanor translates quite well into his writing style. The commitment to and love of his Christian faith takes hold and leads the way for expressiveness through everyday life experiences. Anyone who reads Max has got to be touched in some form. It's a beautiful thing! The second reason I ordered the book is to share with my family during our weekly prayer gatherings. We recite the Our Father when we join hands and pray together before the meal. This work offers a beautiful breakdown, if you will, of this magnificent prayer given to us by Jesus Himself, making each part even more meaningful. I am very satisfied ...

    I dont say this lightly- This book changed how I view God and myself.

    I absolutely Love this book. It has helped me understand the Lord's prayer in new and profound ways. It has changed my prayer life and how I view God. Max Lucado is an amazing author and helps the word of God come alive and become assimilated into who you are. I do not know why I have not found this book sooner but I love it. You literally feel like you have walked into the Living Room with your savior and start to encounter Him as your father. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to know that a true relationship is possible with their heavenly father and what that looks like.

    The Great House of God

    No matter were you are in life ...this book will DRAW you closer to Him. Max Lucado is a wonderful writer that so simply relates a house and it's rooms to God and who He is . God is easily approachable and loves us so much just the way we are and desires us to be close to Him...and The Great House of God, the way that it is written, will knock at the door of your heart. I have given hundreds of copies of this book out as gifts..I recommend this book highly!You will not be disappointed .

    The Great House of God by Max Lucado

    Max Lucado is an amazing channel through which God uses to explain His word in a much easier format to comprehend, especially if you're looking to enrich or start a relationship with God & are not sure where to begin. I have read this book several times & I buy copies to give to friends that they too can learn, heal & pass on to others who can benefit from it.
