The description didn't include an issue with the battery being essentially dead. It will not hold a charge after being plugged in for several hours. It's described as being in "perfect working order". The remaining battery life is listed as "not guaranteed" but nonoperational is a bit different. All drivers have been reinstalled and everything else is working fine. The rear body looks to have had soda spilled on it and is very sticky. Not quite normal use 'wear/tear' but doesn't affect device.
