MELECHESH was formed in Jerusalem, Israel in 1995 by two ambitious young extreme metal musicians, Moloch (guitars) and Ashmedi (vocals & guitars). Influenced by both extreme European metal scene (Bathory and other Scandinavian black metal bands) and their own Middle Eastern roots, they created something rather unique. Both founding members are the core on this release aswell together with Proscriptor McGovern on drums (Absu). The tracks "A Summoning of Ifrit and Genii" & "Wardjinn" were originally recorded in Jerusalem for a promotional demo 1998 which eventually led to their deal with Osmose records. Other tracks are rare, remixed or remastered tracks from the early (1995 - '98) Melechesh discography plus the Celtic Frost cover "Babylon Fell".

Super fast communication and shipping. Prompt seller and very friendly. I only rated the product 4 stars due to the original picture not showing that the box had been scuffed up. It was brand new and still in the shrink wrap. Both disc's worked. However the DVD disc looked as though whoever originally packaged it (not the seller on here) had left finger prints. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the entire process went smoothly. Great job! Will be buying from again!

The fact that Ebay was same price as Amazon from what I believe was same seller, but going thru Ebay had free shipping and there was a charge thru Amazon. Weird. Description said corner of package was bent but I couldn't see that, however the record is severely warped. It's listed as new and it was unopened so seller could have known this. It plays still and sounds good.
