    Great Find!

    These drives appeared to be "brand new" in appearance, when they arrived. No marks, scratches, etc. I am very pleased by the the speed, quality and price.

    Not sure how long it will last

    Not quite sure about the prior usage. It was sold as new but the smart data shows it has been powered on for 4 years. It could possibly be the smart data is incorrect.

    Fabulous Mechanical Drive

    I bought this drive used from what I felt was a very reputable, small, private vendor here. I worried until it arrived because I saw complaints posted on the net from some saying it's atypically noisy. Mine is dead silent. Perhaps I just got lucky. This is the fastest mechanical drive I've ever had tho only 32 cache. It also runs cool. But my take now, is, the noise element works back to the individual drive you end up with. Apart from that, I could not recommend it more highly.

    WARRANTY ONLY HONOURED IN US..YOU CAN DO BETTER !!!!

    Evidently Western Digital hates Canadians. The warranty on the drive THAT I bought has years left to run but WD will only honour it for addresses in the US. What a super pain....they used to be a good company but if they only want Ameerican customers, I guess that I will buy my drives from somebody else. Silly WD.....policies like that are for jerks!!!! TIME TO SELL THIS NON-WORKING DRIVE TO AN AMERICAN SO WD WILL FIX IT FOR FREE.

    Good seller, quality products

    Good quality. Looked like new. No defects after running diagnostic software. Took forever to get it using that damn Global Shipping Program. It was going back and forth across the US to get to me. GSP is a total waste of time and money. Took twice as long to get to me as using USPS directly would have taken!
