came as described! packaged well in lots of bubble wrap, and came very fast- (shipped on a monday, arrived on a Wednesday)
card only needed some new thermal compound (acceptable, considering this is a 14-year-old card) and even then, still works as expected! inquired on shipping days as well and seller replied quickly and clarified the issue. would recommend!
