Item was well packed and as discribed. My main issue is that as soon as opened the packaged I was hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker, this smell is the worst!! Since the case is made of soft shell fabric, I"m not sure that it can be machine washed without ruining it, or that I will be able to get the smell out by just using Febreze. This is a gift for my 3 year old neice who parents are also non-smokers. Not sure how they will feel about it if the smell lingers.

Seller did a great job. It was sent out in a timely manner and most of the items were as described. Unfortunately, USPS strikes again. The package arrived at a local USPS facility, but they bounced it around to 4 different facilities over and over, so it arrived 4 days late. The USPS delivery person literally threw the package on my porch, when I opened it up, I immediately noticed one of the figurines was broken. Now I have to go through a 3-week process so I can hopefully be reimbursed.
