They arrived well packed and looked just like the picture. Price was good. Neither would turn on. It said tested, so I figured needs batteries. I was rather taken aback when I opened the compartments and found that both had several batteries that had leaked all over. The test had to be a long time ago. Fortunately, after a bunch of scraping and cleanup, I was able to bring them back into operation. So it ended well.
