Emotional Seller, got angry because I was not able to use a payment method, so I kindly asked to cancel right after I bought it, and they kindly obliged. Then seller proceeded to leave me negative feedback.

I explained that ebay handles all payments. Your payment method was not an acceptable payment method according to Ebays standards of buyer/seller protection. There are several acceptable methods of payment available to choose from. I do not know what method of payment you attempted and have not experienced this problem before.
