    Small and Easy to Use

    I found out I was low in Vitamin D. I am using this product to supplement on a daily basis what my doctor has me taking. I am not going to say this should be taken instead of what your doctor tells you to do if you are deficient like I am. I have found this to be small and easy to take. I thought with it being as large a dose as it is it would be huge, it is not. It dissolves really fast. I will order this again because of it being so easy to take. It has no taste. If you need to take extra Vitamin D this in my opinion would be a good pill to take.

    This is great stuff I go to the doctor to get my blood work done he never says anything about taking more or less II take it for my arthritis. He even wrote a book on vitamin D and how well it helps your body. My mother even takes it too it helps her out too😊!!! Thank you!!!

    Use with K2

    If you are using Vit. D or calcium supplements, use with vitamin K2. I have used this particular brand for about a year now and it is exceptional. I love sublinguals. So much better than caps, tablets, etc. The only comparison for me, is a liquid, but it can cost much more for a comparable 10,000 iu. For me, this is a great product.
