    Phone came in great wasn't damaged thankfully it was bubble wrapped good in an envelope but a small box would've been a little safer just in case. Had some sticky residue oall over the back that wasn't mentioned even though as pictured it wasn't the cleanest "no offense" going to try n figure out how to get it off.
