Item listed new. Box was clearly previously opened. Cartridge was not in any packaging and, upon testing, was completely empty. Basically, I was shipped a piece of garbage. Emailed seller asking for refund. Didn't answer for 3 days. Started a case with Ebay. Only then got a refund. Would give negative feedback but due to refund it'll just get nixed. Seller has 100% pos feedback though. Should know better.
