Item arrived in a paper envelope padded with bubble wrap. Envelope contained a paper packing slip. Product listing wasn't accurately shown; it had gotten wet before it had been sent via mail and seller had informed me of this after I had purchased it. However, the seller offered a refund if the item didn't work. Despite the waviness of the box art and a few water droplets on the disc (which I had wiped off), it had no impact on play; picture and sound were good and no skipping occurred.
