Packaging could have been better for a delicate item sent USPS media mail. The brackets for the radio had busted through the bottom of the shipping box and were bent severely. Wasn't a big deal though, I bent them back into place, installed the radio and 98% of the functionality was good. Several buttons do not work, but the radio tuner, CD player, and tape deck all work great. Appreciate getting a good car stereo at a great price to replace the 20 year old one that just died. A+
