    The item (a recapped Mac Classic II logic board) was packed well, shipped quickly, and arrived sooner than expected given it had to cross an international border. It worked when installed, although a couple hours later the computer would not boot and I heard the dreaded chimes of death. Dismayed, I removed the memory and it booted; reseating it seems to have resolved the issue. Maybe the memory chips got loose during shipping. Everything seems OK now and I have a working Mac Classic II. Superb!
