After the sudden death of his wife, successful Manhattan surgeon Andrew Brown (Treat Williams) uproots his family and medical practice to Everwood, Colorado, a small mountain town with sentimental connections to his dead wife. Created by Greg Berlanti, writer for teen series DAWSON’S CREEK and YOUNG AMERICANS, Everwood is a warm family drama that explores the grieving process and the pangs of adolescence with intelligence, sensitivity, and a bucolic fish-out-of-water atmosphere reminiscent of the late, great NORTHERN EXPOSURE. In this second season, Andy begins to moves on when he discover love with a fellow doctor. Wonderful story about a child prodigy pianist and his family.
I really love the storyline of this show and the depth of relationships. I ended up purchasing the DVD's since the quality was much better than streaming on amazon prime. Also, there were episodes missing on Amz. streaming. There are also several deleted seens added to the dvd's and some dialogue and background info about the story line and why they did certain things. Excellent.

The best season of Everwood.
Out of the four wonderful years that Everwood spent on the air, I feel that this was probably the best year of them all. With the characters well established and the plot rolling along nicely we're given the answer to the Season 1 finale straight away and leap straight back into the drama. It seems the theme of this year is sex, new realtionships and growing up. Ephram becomes interested in his babysitter, Amy battles depression and the struggle to find a will to live. Andy strikes up a new relationship with a long gone Abbott and Delia contiues to amuse with her stinging one liners, adorable face and the best pout that has been seen on TV this past decade. It's a wonderful season full or trials, celebration, heros and of course love and drama. Each of the characters have ... Complete 2nd Season of Everwood
I can't believe I didn't know about this program when it was being aired on TV. What a great and wholesome show. There are not many shows on tv worthy of spending my time....but my daughter and I watch several "shows" of Everwood each time we sit down. We can't seem to get enough of it. I definetly will be purchasing the other seasons as well. A show that's clean, has morals and yet has situations that you can talk to your kids about...you can't beat it!I can't believe I didn't know about this program when it was being aired on TV.
