Great seller. Very helpful given my first big thousand dollar purchase online. Packaged exceptionally well! Overall just a great experience and easy transaction, super helpful with regular updates during the pre shipping, shipping and post shipping phases. took a long time to ship (only seemed to ship when asked when) and after over 3 weeks the package arrived. Seller packed it poorly (accessories and figure placed together wrapped in a bubble wrap coffin, a recipe for paint rub) the hands and faces were bagged seperately from the body at least! With the bad packaging the arm was popped completely out of the body and does not want to stay in, messaged the seller TWICE to no response. ZERO communication, zero willingness to fix an issue.

Liar. The shipping was within the shipping period. READ THE SHIPPING DETAILS before commenting. Also, the arm was not broken. We both know that it only popped out and was easily attachable. Under a heavy, thick box, there is nothing wrong with the packaging. You just wanted to ask for some money back on a new item offered for the lowest market price. You are nothing but a cheap fraud. I have blocked you, and as anyone can see, I have great customers with great reviews. My items aren't for faurd.
