Item was sold as complete, co tacted seller, sent picture of manual page stating contents included, he would NOT look at pic and admit the obvious, and kept getting off conversation with nonsense, there is a language barrier, not a good seller to deal with, I never asked for refund OR return, he just would NOT cooperate

Buyer wants optional equipment to be included. keep calling me "WRONG" without discussion. Seller refused to discuss on any remedy. Without workable path with the buyer, I offered free return, but buyer remained being rude and threatened with negative feedback, which now happened.
