By no fault of the seller, USPS temporarily lost the shipment and seems to have run over it a few times with the delivery truck 😨. Despite a ripped outer and inner package, the top is still in beautiful shape, just a week later than expected

i purchased lotion that was supposedly unopened with seal in tact. that was not the case. the seal was no where to be found in the package and there was lotion around the rim of the container so it clearly was not new and unopened. i did get a refund for the lotion and the initial shipping cost but seller did not reimburse my shipping cost that i had to pay to return the lotion. this should not have been my expense!
