At first there were some problems with this - the shipping was late, and it shipped with a wrongly rated adapter. It transpired that the first was due to a medical issue and the latter was ultimately successfully solved. My only reason for rating the seller communication as neutral was that in the second instance it took a while to resolve, but as I say in the end the seller made everything whole and as a whole the experience was positive.
