The item had been opened and was missing parts. I was displeased to find this out as it is listed as new, however, the seller was apologetic and offered to send the missing pieces. I was uncomfortable putting an item that had been opened and tampered with on my motorcycle so I requested they allow me to return it. They agreed and paid for the return shipping. The communication and customer service were excellent, so I would consider buying from them again in the future.
