Contacted the seller for a tracking # just prior to the expected shipment date, and never heard back. Opened a case after the expected shipping date passed, and the seller never responded to eBay either; so eBay issued me a refund in FULL. Still giving the benefit of the doubt and a positive feedback, just in case something happened to the seller that rendered them unavailable.
