As rampant poverty plunges the world into chaos, a powerful new enemy of mankind emerges. Our only hope for salvation lies in the genius of Vincent McCarthy (Toby Stephens), the head scientist at Britain's Ministry of Defense. McCarthy has created an android prototype with unrivaled processing power and physical strength.
