      An Excellent replacement for the old Intek that broke a connecting rod.

      This is my first season for this Kohler engine. So far, it has been great. It came highly recommended by a local small engine supplier and was a perfect swap-a-roo fit. With new oil and fresh fuel, it started on first pull. This engine runs smooth as glass and is very quiet while running. Price was very competitive and came efficiently packaged. In fact, I felt the packaging was a bit over kill, but hey I'm not complaining. I bought this engine as a replacement engine on my Craftsman rear tine tiller replacing a B & S 7 hp Intek that failed. I am anticipating many more seasons of trouble free tilling.

      Fits perfect.

      I have a 38 year old Troy-Bilt Horse tiller that the original engine finally quit. I ordered the new engine and it was delivered within 5 days. The bolts and shim came a day later. I installed the new engine, added oil, gassed up and it started on the second pull. The engine does not bog down like the old one did. The new Kohler engine starts on the first or second pull, and runs very smooth and I did not have to change anything on the tiller to make the engine fit.

      Easy to install

      It took about 2 hours to remove and install the new motor. Added oir (per updated instructions) and gas, Started first pull.
