Seller immediately printed a shipping label, but the item didn't ship till 5 days later, and that was only after I asked what the holdup in shipping was. I received a completely different Tascam product. Mistakes happen and I can accept that. I sent him a pic of the wrong item and he said he would "check with his online". Never heard from him again. They said they would send me the items that weren’t included, and here it is almost three weeks later and still no cords. I contacted them about this and still no response. Should have gone with my gut and purchased cords sooner through Amazon. The seller said I needed to pick up the item or arrange for shipping and pay for shipping myself. Please be careful dealing with this seller.
