Appearance was accurate except the image showed it has ears, but didn't ship with them. Overall quality is good as expected with Cisco. The N3ks do have a security flaw so it is best to keep that in mind. I bought it solely for a home lab so it's all good.

I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!
