    Excellent Quality and Build but Expensive for Its Size.

    It's LEGO. High quality, well made, but expensive. Got a reasonably priced set here on eBay. My 9 year old got it for Christmas and had it build the next day along with several other LEGO Architecture sets he received. I wish it was larger and more detailed but my son loves it. I hear LEGO will be coming out with larger sets in 2016. Looking forward for the NYC set to give to my kid for his birthday.

    Not as Expected!

    I thought the item would have been in better condition. Pieces were just thrown around in the original box then put inside a separate shipping box, making a hell of a lot of noise. Worst of all, I'm pretty sure the Lego pieces were washed prior to shipping. Causing the pieces to be distorted and not fitting like they are supposed to. Very loose! I will have to disassemble the build and probably put it back together with glue. Pieces are not tight enough to even stay together. I know this, because I attempted to wash Lego bricks many years ago, and thats exactly what happens to them after, by using very hot water or very cold water. It would have been better just to wipe the pieces down with Lysol instead.
