I initiated a return and followed all the correct procedures, sending the item back. Shockingly, the seller accused me of stealing parts from the package *they never included to begin with*. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Buyers beware — inspect your packages carefully, and be prepared for accusations if something goes wrong. This buyer lied that the fan was missing a screw, we offered to send him screws, he refused. We accepted the return for him to return the item, but instead, he stole the fan's glass shade and motor, and returned an empty box. We documented this and reached out to eBay. I wish I could upload a chat between us and the buyer. He admitted that he broke the glass shade, but couldn't explain what happened to the motor.
