Not only was it listed as NEW but after I purchased it, he reached out to let me know the package was damaged. His photos are taken in a way that the entire bottom/left side of the card is not shown, that is where the damage is. I believed his story about the damaged card and figured it was a good deal anyway. Once I received the item, I could easily tell that the item had been removed from its packaging and it was not 'new'.
