I have looked through the list of programs and most of them I could recognize but some I couldn't so I went to the web page for more explanation. That didn't help much. This appears to be common with many software distributor's today. Bundled software should include a info file that explains which each program does. However it is a good value and the quality is high.

I had to figure out how to reset my password on my own. The item itself has many features and a lot of programs but there is no instructions . THE DRIVE ITSELF should have a shortw information and how to use it because I could not understand all the tech info being a layman. Otherwise, the drive was worth the money at least I got my laptop back to working order.
